TB remains a major public health concern, with the infectious disease among the top killers of Filipinos for almost a decade now. According to the gathered data at Sindangan Rural Health Unit, it is also included in the top leading causes of mortality in Brgy. Motibot. Together with the community, Team Motibot came up with strategies to help control and prevent the spread of this deadly disease. Our core group, Team moTBot had undergone a few lectures and trainings to start the implementation of the NTCP in the barangay. This recent exposure highlighted the health teachings to emphasize the must-knows about the disease to the community. Major programs are planned ahead for Team moTBot on the next exposure to ensure sustainability of the program.
